三、船长收据

有的信用证要求某些单据（尤其商检证书等）要在装船时交给载货的船长，以便转交给收货人，并提交船长收据与正本货运单据一起议付。

例如下列信用证条款：

“Original Certificate of quality should be handed to theCaptain of the carrying vessel， and a captain＇s receipt toaccompany the documents．”

在交给船长单据时，可自行缮制下列收据交船长签字退回。现举两个例

子供参考。
