二、尼日利亚

要求海关发票背面由出口商的经理和证明人签名，正面须由出口国的贸易促进委员会盖章并签名。正、反面的签章必须具备，缺一不可，否则海关将拒绝放行货物。份数一般要求一式六份（二份正本和四份副本）。海关取一正二副，凭以验关；尼日利亚中央银行外汇管理局取一正一副，凭以审批外汇；其余由进口商及其银行备用。并在海关发票正面作如下的证明：

“ After having inspected the original documents of the manufacturer,we confirm that the above mentioned invoices value is the actual selling price of these goods and that the goods are of Chinese origin．”
