上述地区的信用证中有时要求出具“Certlfied lnvolce”就是指海关发票。

（注一）：一般用 Ciistoms Form 5515。还有 5520 格式，即 SSSI 格式（Specia1 Summary Steel lnvoice）钢材专用：还有 5523 式，用于鞋类商品； 5519 式系棉织品使用。最近美国对部分商品已取消海关发票。信用证没有特别要求或没有指定要海关发票，可以不提供海关发票。

海关发票内容除了填列类同于商业发票主要项目以外，主要还有产地证明和价值证明二项。所以海关发票一般都称为：“Combined Certificaie of Value and of Orlgln”。

上表所列的国家有个别来证已不要求出具海关发票，如塞浦路斯、马尔他等。根据信用证要求办理。
