九、对于开证行付款责任的审查

开证行的付款责任必须明确，通常应注有保证付款的条款。如“We hereby engage with bona—fide holders that all drafts drawnand in comPhance with this credit terms will be duly honoured onpresentation at this office”（按照本信用证开出并符合信用证条款的汇票向本行提示时，我们向善意持票人担保付款）。但 SWIFT 格式无此条款。
