第三节 进口业务统计的原始凭证

对外贸易企业经营进口业务所产生的各种凭证或单据，是进行进口业务统计的可靠依据。现将进口业务统计的原始凭证，分别说明如下：

已签进口合同或进口订货统计的原始凭证 已签进口合同或进口订货统计，按业务部门提供的合同副本或成交通知单上所列的成交国别（地区）、日期、商品数量和金额、交货期等进行统计。其格式如下：

1. 付款条件：买方于成交后通过信用证有效期为装船后 15 天止。

中国银行开出以卖方为抬头的不可撤销的信用证，卖方在货物装船启运后凭本合同交货条款 2（A）所列单据在开证银行议付货款。Terms of Payment: After conclusion of business the Buyers Shall open With the Bank of China Shanghai, an irrevocable letter of credit in favour of the Sellers payable at the issuing Bank against presentation of the shipping documents as stipulated under Clause 3 (A) of the Terms of Delivery of this Contract after departuer of the carrying vessel.The said letter of credit shall remain in foree till the 15th day aftet shipment.

Other terms: (a) Other matters relating to this Contract shall be dealt with in accordance with the Terms of Delivery as specified overleaf, which shall form an integral part of this Contract.(b) This Contract is made out in Chinese and English, both versions being equally authentic.

This Contract is concluded at the Kwangchow Fair, Spring 1973. 2.本合同签订后，有关合同执行事宜，卖方直接与买方上海分公司联系。

For all the matters in connection with the execution of this Contract after signing, the Sellers shall approach direct the Buyers' Shanghai Branch.

注：本合同有效索赔期为货到目的口岸六十天，如数量和质量有问题需要提出索赔，务请在到期之前十天内将商检证本一份，副本二份寄到我公司。
