1.教师根据本校在城区或乡镇所处的位置，点出几个有

远有近的学生熟悉的单位或地名，如××庄、××村、×× 中学、××公园等，要求学生套用上述句型进行对话。示例： 1）T：Bus-stop

A：Where’s the bus—stop？

B：It’s not far.It’S quite near.It’s only one kilometre from

here.

1. T：Zhangjiazhuang.

C：Where is Zhangjiazhuang？

D：Oh，it’s quite far.It’s about ten kilometres from here. 2.学生合上书听第一部分的录音（两遍）。放录音前，教师提出对话中

的中心问题：How far is the farm？第一遍，学生找出答案（A few kilome tres）：第二遍，学生跟读。

1. 学生打开书朗读对话；然后进行两两对话并交换角色。

2. 找几对学生站起来，分别演练这段对话。
