‘Where's your Dad?' I asked Tom.
‘He's at the hospital,' said Tom. 'He's a doctor. He's always very busy. But he's going to come home at six O'clock. You're going to see
him. You're going to say, “He's enormous!”
I laughed. Tom was the smallest boy at the party. ‘My Dad’s bigger than your Dad’, I said.
A hospital enormous
My Dad came to the party. Tony's Dad came, too. My Dad was bigger than Tony's Dad.
'My Dad's the biggest!' I said.
Then at six o'clock the door opened, and an enormous man came in.
He was as tall as a tree. He picked Tom up, and said, 'Hello, son!'
It was Tom's Dad.
'He's enormous!' I said. 'He's a giant!' Tom laughed. 'My Dad's the biggest!' he said.
